Este evento gastron\u00f3mico sostenible combina la riqueza culinaria local con el patrimonio geol\u00f3gico y natural del territorio, promoviendo un ecoturismo que valora productos de proximidad y pr\u00e1cticas responsables. A trav\u00e9s de catas, talleres y rutas guiadas, los participantes explorar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo la geodiversidad influye en la gastronom\u00eda extreme\u00f1a, fomentando la econom\u00eda local y la conservaci\u00f3n del entorno.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">El programa incluye actividades como <strong>&#8220;Sensaciones con AOVE&#8221;<\/strong> el 8\/11 a las 12:00 h, enfocada en el aceite de oliva virgen extra, con inscripciones disponibles en l\u00ednea. Otras experiencias abarcan visitas a fincas ecol\u00f3gicas, maridajes con vinos regionales y demostraciones de cocina tradicional adaptada al geoparque.
