This migratory bird of prey is at vulnerable risk of extinction, measuring between 58 and 70 cm in length with a wingspan of up to 165 cm and a weight from 1.6 to 2.5 kg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This scavenger vulture is known to gobble up the leftovers of the skins and meat that remain between the bones of dead animals, a diet that it completes with other food such as insects and eggs.
